Smt. Puspanjali Pradhan

Smt. Puspanjali Pradhan is the driving force behind both the Suryashakti Institute (SISCAT) and the Suryashakti Mahila Seva Samiti. With a Master's degree in Social Work and over 15 years of grassroots experience in education and community development in Kendrapara district, she founded SISCAT in 2012 with a vision to bring quality higher education to rural Odisha. Her work spans education management, women empowerment, and social welfare — making her the natural leader of this women-led society.

Held once a year. All members attend. Major decisions on programs, budget, and policies are made here.

Held every quarter. Reviews progress, approves expenditure, and plans upcoming activities.

Published every year covering programs conducted, beneficiaries served, financials, and plans for next year.
